PGY7 swap programs

PGY-7 looking to swap positions if possible.

Swap as a PGY-7? You need 2 years in the same program in order to graduate. So you should start looking for a PGY-6 position. The fact that you do not know this and you are wanting to swap this late in your training probably says enough of why you are in whatever position you got yourself into.

Yeah sorry you are basically stuck. If on the verge of being fired lawyer up ASAP and try to make it through. Keep to yourself and set a countdown clock until graduation day.
