Interesting. Things seemed on an upward trajectory during interview season this past year. They had a new chair and everyone seemed content. Anyone know what changed?

Probation for duty hours violations.  Not addressing the concerns sufficiently.  Low case volume and diversity.

One would think that case volume and duty hours would have a direct relationship, but perhaps not...

Residents seemed happy, interesting that they reported the violations in the first place.

Most of these programs? Cedars and UCI, have always had problems. Haven't heard any problems with CCF, BWH or USF.

Most of these programs? Cedars and UCI, have always had problems. Haven't heard any problems with CCF, BWH or USF.

can't comment on cedars, but comment on problems with uci. good riddance to the two residents who were fired. worst
