Home Residency Program vs Prestigious research center

Current medical school applicant, fortunate enough to have been accepted to a few medical schools. Which would be more beneficial attending a mid tier school with a nsg residency program, or a mid tier medical school with a prestigious nsg academic center. 

Which one would give me more opportunities for research and networking.

Mean to say that the 2nd option dosent have an in house residency program. But it does have a prestigious nsg center right next to the school.

Stick with the residency program.
